Burmese punk singer and British band sing a new song together to raise funds for charity

Myanmar punk band The Rebel Riot singer Kyaw Kyaw has teamed up with British punk band Throwing Stuff to raise funds for the Black Lives Matter UK movement and Food Not Bombs Myanmar’s fundraiser. The song was released in Britain. Manchester and Myanmar Half of the recordings were made in Yangon.

ACIYHAB stands for “all coppers inside your head are bastards” and highlights the extreme use of force by the police (which has caused massive protests in the United States).

Kyaw Kyaw and members of The Rebel Riot formed Food Not Bombs Myanmar in 2013 to provide food to the homeless in Myanmar, and most recently donated food to victims of Kovis.
